SHIPPING and RETURNS policies

SHIPPING:

Mechfab industries will ship your order with in 2 days depending on stock levels after receiving completed and cleared payment.

3 - 7 days estimated delivery time for NSW, VIC, QLD and SA.

NT and WA are estimated at approx. 7 - 10 days. 

For any international orders please contact MechFab Industries prior to purchasing any products. 

Shipping is based on our updated freight calculator.  Extra costs may incur for heavier items that may require a  pallet. We will advise this on purchase of these items.

MechFab industries endeavors to keep shipping costs down by using multiple reputable courier services. Please note that we are not able to deliver to a P.O box, please use a business or residential address.

Mechfab industries will do our best to provide a tracking number for the items that are being shipped.

Payment options for shipping will be available when you have completed your order.

 Please indicate if you wish to have authorise to leave when you are completing your order if you are unavailable to accept your package.

 

RETURNS:

Any returns to MechFab Industries must be in complete, as new condition. Must be undamaged, not modified and be in original packaging.

Returns are to be made within 30 days of completed sale.

MechFab Industries accepts no liability for customer error in custom orders. Your orders must be EXACT measurements. NO returns will be accepted for custom products unless it is faulty or under warranty.

Shipping costs in regards to a refund will be at the buyers expense. Mechfab Industries will cover shipping for item's that are deemed to be under warranty or faulty.

MechFab Industries reserves the right to inspect the item before making the decision of giving a replacement or a refund.

 As set out as above MechFab Industries will grant refund if product:

  • fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, or
  • are subject to any warranty given by:
  • (a) MechFab industries; or
  • (b) the manufacturer of the goods; and that goods are returned in accordance with the terms of the warranty.
