N60 Hilux Front Chassis Braces

Front chassis brace plates to facilitate mounting of components required for a solid axle conversion (SAS) on N60 Hiluxs

Can also be used as a base when fabricating long travel IFS Suspension systems

Our chassis braces incorporate a folded section combined lower and inner plate that "thicken" the vertical profile of the rail and substantially increase the strength of the section and allow easier installation of larger, forward swinging steering boxes and more substantial panhard mounts. If you've ever looked at the front of a stripped N60 chassis and said "woah" then you will understand the benefits of this design. 

Steering box mounting crush tubes not provided.

Main external brace plates are 4mm with the lower/inner folded section being 6mm CNC cut mild steel
